Kittyoo operates all product sales through this website. Our goal is to provide a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience for UK customers, including order processing, shipping, and customer support.

Contract Formation

Your order represents an offer to purchase selected products under these Terms.
A legally binding contract is formed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an Order Confirmation Email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Product information or pricing was incorrect

  • Payment authorization cannot be completed

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you within 1–3 business days and offer a full refund or delayed shipment.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices on kittyoo.com are in GBP (£) for UK customers and include applicable UK taxes. Any local duties or import taxes applicable in future international shipping will be clearly shown before checkout.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our accepted methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. All transactions are secured via SSL-encrypted gateways; full card details are not stored by Kittyoo.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days (Total estimated: 8–14 business days)

  • Shipping is free for all UK orders.

  • All parcels are tracked and signed upon delivery. Tracking emails are sent once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

  • Most standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customised Products (Pet Customization Series) are final sale and cannot be returned once production has started, unless defective or not as described.

  • Returns due to quality issues are free; returns due to non-quality reasons are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible; customers may initiate a return after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kittyoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or delays due to events beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
