4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

• ✅ Quality issues (defective, damaged, incorrect items): Return shipping is FREE
• 📦 Non-quality issues (change of mind, wrong size): Customer pays return shipping
• ✅ No restocking fees apply

4.2 Final Sale Items

Products in the Pet Customization Series are final sale and cannot be returned once production begins, unless defective or not as described.

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
