How to Track Your Order

  1. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email
  2. The email will contain your tracking number(s)
  3. Click the tracking link or copy the number to the carrier's tracking portal
  4. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours

📦 Missing or Damaged Items

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items are missing or damaged:

  1. Contact us at support@kittyoo.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging
  3. Provide your order number

Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


🚨 Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will:

  • ✅ Immediately open an investigation with the carrier
  • ✅ Keep you updated throughout the process
  • ✅ Provide a refund or replacement based on the investigation results
