How to Track Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email
- The email will contain your tracking number(s)
- Click the tracking link or copy the number to the carrier's tracking portal
- The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours

📦 Missing or Damaged Items
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items are missing or damaged:
- Contact us at support@kittyoo.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Provide your order number
✅ Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
🚨 Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will:
- ✅ Immediately open an investigation with the carrier
- ✅ Keep you updated throughout the process
- ✅ Provide a refund or replacement based on the investigation results
