02. Pricing & Currency

Tax-Inclusive Pricing:

All prices include VAT/GST for your destination country. The total at checkout is the final amount payable—no additional duties or brokerage fees will be assessed upon delivery.

Settlement Currency

Transactions are processed in British Pounds (£ GBP). Regional currency displays are provided for reference only, based on current exchange rates.

03. Accepted Methods & Security

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Available methods may vary by region.

Data Integrity

We utilize SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant processing. Kittyoo does not store sensitive card information on our servers.

04. Order Processing

Payments are charged at the time of order placement. Successful transactions trigger an Order Confirmation and Digital Receipt immediately.

Authorization Failures:

If a payment is declined, please verify card details or contact your issuer. Orders will not be processed until authorization is successful.

05. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Refund Processing
  • Approved returns are refunded within 5-7 business days of inspection.
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method, including all taxes.
  • Banking institutions may require an additional 3-5 days for fund reflection.
Chargeback Policy:

We recommend contacting support@kittyoo.com before initiating a formal chargeback. Direct resolution is significantly faster, as bank disputes can delay refunds for up to 60 days.

06. Regulatory Compliance

We adhere to technical pricing integrity; in cases of technical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds. All payment data is handled in strict accordance with EU/UK GDPR and Canadian PIPEDA regulations.
