Q:How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders to our supported countries. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Q:When will my delivery arrive?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next working day.

Typical delivery takes 5-14 business days depending on your location. To see our full delivery and returns policy, please contact our team.

Q:Do you deliver to PO Box or Business addresses?

Businesses: Yes, we deliver to any business address of your choice. Select a different delivery address when completing your order.

PO Boxes: Unfortunately, at present, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Q:I have received a faulty or damaged product – what do I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund immediately.

Q:I have received the wrong item in my order?

If the product you have received is not what you were expecting, please raise a Returns Request online or contact our support team.

Q:How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return the item. Please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.

Q:Why won't the site process my payment?

Please ensure that the billing address matches the address to which your chosen card is registered. The payment will not go through if this is not the case for security reasons.

Q:Which payment options do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer Klarna Financing in select regions.

Q:How do I place an order?

No, you can check out as a Guest if you would prefer not to set up an account.
