Personalized items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

We Accept Returns/Exchanges Only If:

  • ❌ We made an error in the personalization (wrong name, color, or placement)
  • ❌ The item arrived damaged during shipping

We Cannot Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • ✓ Customer error in providing pet's name or details
  • ✓ Change of mind after production has started
  • ✓ Size issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • ✓ Color variations due to different screen displays
